	CHRIS WILLIAMS Chris is an experienced, results-orientated professional with a background in consultancy and retailing. He has held senior management positions and directorships with several well known names on the high street. He has specialised in Company Change Programmes, Supply Chain Re-Engineering and has been successful in a number of company turnaround projects. He has worked on a number of MBO/MBI projects, for both large and small clients and has considerable skill and expertise in developing business plans.
	ROBERT WILLIAMS Robert is a commercial but highly creative chartered accountant with an MBA who has a proactive, pragmatic and lateral thinking approach to problem solving. For many years he has been advising companies both in upside and downside situations. His approach is driven by a strong commercial practical understanding of what makes business, people and companies work, supported by a strong intellectual understanding of the key business drivers as well as financial expertise. He is driven by applying strategic business advice to ensure shareholders maximise the value of their businesses. Robert has lived and worked in Australia and also been involved in deals in Europe and the USA
	RICHARD WATKINSON Richard is a partner in the Blackpool chartered accountancy practice, Horne Brooke Shenton. Throughout the 90's, he was responsible for the development of a Fylde Coast business organisation. This work enabled him to establish an extensive contact network within the North West, and, increasingly, across other parts of the UK. He has developed a national contact network through his involvement in the board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales national Enterprise Group. This specialist strategic committee has been responsible for the creation of the profession's close working relationships with the Regional Government Offices, and Regional Development Agencies, as well as the new Small Business Service. His specialist skill is the development of family businesses, assisting in establishing sound financial structures enabling companies to build better businesses.

Graham Hudson

Graham is particularly experienced in business strategy and implementation – involving product/ service launch, customer development, licensing, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestments.

An economics/ politics graduate with an MBA degree, Graham has extensive executive experience in marketing and business development, followed by a number of years as Managing Director/ Chief Executive to major blue chip companies and smaller ventures. His experience covers a wide range of sectors, in the UK and internationally. This has included managing significant growth, business recovery, and major restructuring programmes – with a joint emphasis on commercial results and organisation structure development. In addition he has operated as a business consultant in a large consultancy practice, and has latterly been advising SMEs on business development activity.

Liz McCormac

Liz has experience and knowledge of business from an operational, strategic and human resources background with over 15 years operational and management experience in the UK and overseas hospitality and tourism industry including the Gleneagles Hotel and Craigendarroch group. This experience has included start up, development and management of new build businesses, project management of a wide range of public and private sector economic development projects and advising companies and teams on people development and performance improvement.
