Graham is particularly experienced in business strategy and implementation – involving product/ service launch, customer development, licensing, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestments.

An economics/ politics graduate with an MBA degree, Graham has extensive executive experience in marketing and business development, followed by a number of years as Managing Director/ Chief Executive to major blue chip companies and smaller ventures. His experience covers a wide range of sectors, in the UK and internationally. This has included managing significant growth, business recovery, and major restructuring programmes – with a joint emphasis on commercial results and organisation structure development. In addition he has operated as a business consultant in a large consultancy practice, and has latterly been advising SMEs on business development activity.
Geof Winnard Geoff Winnard 

Geoff has UK and international experience at a senior level, including joint venture and franchise negotiation and management. His marketing and management background enables him to understand client businesses and market mechanics thoroughly. This means a rapid focus on the potential companies who may be interested in buying or selling, and the intricate steps required to produce the result required by the client

A business studies graduate, Geoff has extensive knowledge and experience at senior levels within blue chip plc’s and smaller privately owned businesses. This has been gained in domestic and overseas markets worldwide. It has included major brands – sales, marketing, distribution; in addition it has covered a variety of businesses. Activities have included market development, distributor development/ joint venture management, change management, and major profit improvement. Latterly he has established his own successful consultancy business, offering a complete business development and growth portfolio. The client base covers large and small successful companies.”
